The Evans School has stood vacant in the heart of Denver for more than forty years. It’s an architectural and civic travesty I believe home brewers can rectify.

I have a foolish dream. In that dream a small host of Renegade brewers resurrect the Evans School.

The hard truth is I’m nothing but a craft beer loving fool with an inexplicable architectural obsession.

I know I can’t open the Evans School – but beer can.
